there are lots of artists around that area in Sausalito.. I used to live there... there used to be an "art car" installation that was covered with all sorts of little doll parts, toys, troll dolls, barbies, etc. and it was filled to the roof with stuffed animals. So ... nothing is surprising anymore...

I had a similar "art" installation on the side of my house until I finally got someone with a truck to transport it to its "installation" at the "museum."
