Be sure to add your other Accounts on the web to your profile!

1) Click on your profile https://plus.google.com/me

2) Click on "Edit Profile"

3) Click on "Other Profiles"

4) Add links!

Also consider visiting the Connected Accounts settings page where you can connect your various accounts:
