I just went with cloudflare.com, it's actually a security/CDN service but they will act as a DNS for you and even if you do not like their extensive security stuff you can just deactivate a site and it just keeps it's dns running, for free (they even have a everydns data liberation tool http://blog.cloudflare.com/everydns-magic-data-liberation-tool-redux)
