But I respect and certainly understand your wish that this should not be discussed in these comments and that you can not and do not want to debate this in public.

I just wanted to have a side-conversation letting you know why I wasn't engaging you publicly. Should've thrown in a smiley at the end to convey that I was being lighthearted, and not angry..

Now I'm even sadder about this whole situation we find ourselves in....

Do not be sad. I just wanted to ensure that others do not reply to my comments and you are not able to respond - which would be unfair to some extent.

Maybe an overreaction on my side but there are no (nor were) bad feelings here against you :-)

I will be able to point to that RFC document in comments on other "threads" - or write a posting myself.

(And in case you decide to talk to others within Google about the RN thing: I have indeed stopped to invite others to G+ because of the policy and how it was or is practiced. There are lots of fears and some of them also have to do with non-existing trust in the US government.)
