I'm going to guess Macklemore. he doesn't have a concert till this weekend, and he was just in Napa last weekend.

Daft Punk would be my guess as they're just about to release a new album. Given that this year's focus for IO is with games (rumors), it could be Linkin Park, who have released a game recently.
